How to calculate estimated monthly income
The 'estimated monthly income' in myfans data is a guideline calculated by our site based on figures published on myfans. It does not match the individual's actual income. Please use this as a reference to estimate the scale of your activities.
Numbers Used
- Number of likes on posts in the last 90 days (posts with 1 or more likes)
- The lowest monthly plan fees
- Number of followers
If you have fewer than 3 posts in the last 90 days, don't have a monthly plan, or don't know your follower count, don't count.
Calculation method
- Estimate the number of members. Assuming that some members will get likes, the fewest is "median likes ÷ 0.5," and the higher is "the average of the top 4 likes of 1 (up to 3 times the median)÷ 0.25." Neither exceeds the number of followers.
- Estimate monthly sales. Lower means "fewer members× lowest monthly fee," while higher means "many members× lowest monthly fee × 1.5 (since some people choose the above plan).
- Deduct the handling fee. For MyFans, the estimated monthly income is 25% for the lowest and 20% for the higher amount. Transfer fees and taxes are not deducted.
- Round up. Since small numbers look precise, round them to 2 digits from the top (rounding down to less, rounding up).
Things you don't know or deviate from
- Since you can't distinguish the likes attached to free posts, people who post a lot of free posts may get a lot of likes.
- Single-item (one-time purchase) or tip sales are not included. People who often sell single items tend to pay lower.
- I do not know the breakdown of members by discount, lump-sum payment, or plan.
- Numbers are as of the time of daily ingestion.
