Article 1 (Subjects)

This service is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Those under 18 years old cannot use this service.

Article 2 (Service Content)

1. This service is a free diagnostic and search service that introduces myfans creators and their works based on answers to questions (preferred genres and criteria) and genre selection.
2. The results of the diagnosis and the introduction of the creator are guidelines for entertainment purposes. They are based on standards set by the operator and do not guarantee user satisfaction or specific outcomes.

Article 3 (Relationship with External Services)

1. This service is not an official service operated by myfans (Rise Inc.).
2. Contracts such as plan subscription and purchase at a location where you move away from this service are established between the user and the external service (or creator). Please follow the terms and conditions of the external service regarding fees, content, and cancellation.
3. Information such as the listed fees and number of posts is current as of the time the operator has confirmed it. Please check the latest information through external services.

Article 4 (Advertising)

This service includes affiliate advertising (PR). If users subscribe to or purchase external services through links in this service, the operator may receive compensation.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
2. Impersonating others to request listing or deletion
3. Acts that interfere with the operation of this service (such as mass automated transmissions or unauthorized access)
4. Reproducing or reproducing the content of this service without the operator's permission
5. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operator

Article 6 (Posting and Deletion)

1. Whether creators can be listed and the content is determined by the operator.
2. Requests for deletion or correction of postings are accepted through the deletion request form, and the relevant listing will be made private within 24 hours of receipt.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1. The operator will do its best to verify the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information on this service, but does not guarantee it.
2. The operator shall not be liable for damages incurred by users as a result of the use of this service or contracts with external services, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the operator.
3. The operator may change the content of this service or discontinue provision without prior notice.
4. Any provisions in these terms that exempt or limit the operator's liability shall not apply to the extent if deemed invalid under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property Rights)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the text, images, designs, and diagnostic content of this service (including explanations of questions, choices, and genres) belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.
2. Users must not reproduce, repost, modify, or redistribute these beyond the scope permitted by law or quotations without the operator's permission.
3. The rights to the names and images of the featured creators belong to their respective rights holders.

Article 9 (Amendments to the Terms)

The operator may amend these terms as needed. The amended terms and conditions shall take effect from the time they are posted on this page.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute regarding this service, the court with jurisdiction over the operator's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
